I am very pleased to invite you to participate in the XI International Symposium on Recycling Technologies and Sustainable Development that will take place in Bor, Serbia, from 2 to 4 November, 2016. The mission of the Symposium is to gather professionals from industry, researchers, professors and government officials on one place so they can share their experiences in practice and research in areas of Recycling and Sustainability.

TIME AND VENUE

XI Int. Sym. on Recycling Technologies and Sustainable Development will be held at Hotel “ALBO” in Bor, Serbia, from 2nd to 4th November 2016.

ORGANIZATION OF WORK

The work will be organized in plenary sessions and in oral and poster sections . The lectures in plenary sessions will be given by invited lecturers. Papers will be presented in oral or in poster sessions. The presentation of papers is limited to 10 minutes.

LANGUAGE

The official language of the Symposium will be English.

    Instructions for Authors

    Authors are kindly invited to submit their full paper up to 6 pages (including graphs and tables ) in Microsoft Word .doc or .docx file, on A4 format using font Time New Roman 12pt in single spacing with margins of 2,5 cm each.

    Papers must be written in English.

    A paper should include the following parts: title, names and surnames of the authors, abstract and the key words, introduction, paragraphs (material and methods, results and discussions), conclusion and a list of references. The paper should be prepared in the following way:

  • The title (max. 2 lines, centered, font size 14pt bold).
  • Name and surname of all authors and the name of their institutions (centered, font size 12pt).
  • Abstract (up to 100 words). Below abstract write up to five key words (Key words: xx, yy..).
  • Subtitles should be centered with one row above and below the subtitle, font size 12pt bold.
  • References should be quoted by numbers (Surname, first initial, year and title of work, journal, page, publisher, place).
  • Tables should be prepared in Word or Excel and graph in Excel. Pictures should be prepared as scanned (tiff, jpeg, gif or bmp format).
  • Above tables and below graphs and pictures write titles, font size 12pt italic (Figure 1. Yx..., Table 1. Yx....,).
  • The papers that have not been prepared according to these instructions will be returned to the authors.

    Submission of Papers

    The authors are kindly invited to submit full papers before September 1st,2016.

    All papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the Symposium.

    Publishing Fee

    Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of the Symposium if authors make advance payment of registration fee, or publishing fee of 50 € or 6.000 RSD.

    Registration Fee

    Registration fee for the Symposium is 100 € or 12.000 RSD. The registration fee includes: Symposium Proceedings, other materials, welcoming cocktail, refreshments during the breaks and Symposium dinner.

    The registration fee for accompanying persons is 80 € or 10.000 RSD. Accompaning person can attend the Symposium, welcoming cocktail, refreshments during the breaks and Symposium dinner.

    Exibition

    An exhibition will be held during the Symposiumin the exhibition hall, which will be a good opportunity for the companies dealing with Recycling and Sustainability topics and the related fields to introduce their products and services. Exhibition will be open throughout the Symposium.

    Exhibition fee of 200 € or 24.000 RSD for one delegate includes exhibition booth, Proceedings and other materials, welcoming cocktail, refreshments during the breaks and Symposium dinner. Additional fee for other delegates is 100 € or 12.000 RSD per person.

    Invitation Letter

    Organizing Committee of Symposium will issue letters of invitation to individuals who need such document to raise travel funds or obtain a visa. However such letters do not commit RT&SD to provide financial support to holders of this document. Requests for invitation letters should be sent to Organizing Committee to: office@rt-sd.org

    Personal Insurance

    The organizers cannot be held responsible for accidents to RT&SD participants or accompanying persons, for damage, or loss of their personal property or for cancellation expenses, regardless of cause. Participants should therefore make their own insurance arrangements. Please consult your local insurance agents regarding coverage.
